Missouri Post-Secondary Success is a multi-year transition and college and career competency (CCC) improvement initiative that provides face-to-face professional development and online support to interdisciplinary high school teams. Missouri Post-Secondary Success will empower teams to effectively teach and sustain competency development through a framework of multi-tiered instruction and interventions, allowing each individual student to receive the support he or she needs. Teams will learn to provide ongoing, individualized supports to students through analyzing data, choosing evidenced-based instruction and interventions, and collaborating with other stakeholders. Led by Drs. Gaumer Erickson and Noonan, this project is jointly sponsored by the University of Kansas Center for Research on Learning and the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
