The Research Collaboration lab provides professional development and evaluation for diverse education projects. As part of the University of Kansas Center for Research on Learning, we  work with state departments, schools, teachers, community service agencies, students, and families in order to improve education for all students. Our staff is equally comfortable providing training on an array of education topics or conducting utilization-focused evaluation.

We are currently working on numerous projects spanning multiple states. Our role in these projects ranges from providing systematic professional development that promotes college and career competencies to evaluating the impact of educator professional development.

?
Interdisciplinary teams from across the state of Arizona come together to participate in activity-based and action-oriented training in Arizona College and Career Competency Team Training.
The School Implementation Scale is an online survey designed to capture the personal adoption and level of individual implementation of tiered academic and behavior supports.
Drs. Noonan and Gaumer Erickson have produced numerous books, articles, and products related to their work in evaluation and college and career competencies.
The Secondary Transition vtMTSS Academy is an online community of educators who are working to support college and career competencies for all students by expanding their knowledge through discussions, activities, and collaboration.
In both face-to-face and virtual settings, we work with interdisciplinary teams to increase their capacity to implement the elements necessary to support college and career competencies for all students.
We provide customized, utilization-focused evaluation for K-12 improvement initiatives that span a variety of topics.
